Small group training

With our small group training you get the benefit of group energy and comradery but still receive personalized attention to maximize your benefits. Our instructors make sure your movements are correct and will scale back anything necessary to a modification that fit your needs and fitness level. Each class is different but you will always walk away with a total body workout that will have your metabolism elevated and your body burning fat long after your workout is over! 30 mins of functional fat burning fun!
